Available APIs

The M2M API exposes read access (list, get-by-id, and search) to the CRM catalog:

Product Catalog API

Scope: crm-api/products.read

Read the complete product catalog — pricing, descriptions, and images — via list, get-by-id, and search.

Brands API

Scope: crm-api/brands.read

Read product brands via list, get-by-id, and search.

Read-only by design

Write operations and the Quotes/Templates workflow are reserved for signed-in web-app users and are not available to M2M clients (an M2M token gets 403). See Available Scopes for details.

Field policy

Product and brand responses to M2M callers are projected through a fixed, server-owned field set. Internal fields (e.g. importBatchId, brandId, audit metadata) are never returned, and the field set cannot be widened by the caller. See Field policy for the complete list.

Need API Access?

Your CRM administrator creates M2M credentials for you from the CRM web app under Settings → API Access — they will give you your Client ID, Client Secret, API base URL, and token endpoint. See Client Management.
