Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. You can also open it from Dashboard in the sidebar. It shows your quotes that need attention and how the month is going.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”Two buttons at the top right, New quote and New client, start those jobs without leaving the page.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Needs action | Quotes that need a follow-up, with Quote #, Client, Reason and Value columns. |
| This month | Accepted quotes created this month, your win rate, and your open pipeline. |
| Sales Overview | A chart of sales. Use the period list to switch between This Month, Last 3 Months and This Year (the last 12 months). |
| Quotes by status | How many quotes you have in Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined and Expired. |
| Catalogue · company-wide | Totals of quotes, clients and products across the whole company. |
Needs action
Section titled “Needs action”The card lists up to 10 quotes, with those about to expire first, then stale sent quotes, then drafts. A quote shows here when:
- it is a draft (“Draft · last edited N days ago”);
- it was sent more than 7 days ago (“Sent N days ago”, counted from the last time the quote was changed); or
- it is a draft or sent quote that expires within the next 7 days (“Expires in N days”, “Expires today”).
Select the quote number to open the quote. When more quotes match than fit, links such as “+N more sent” take you to the quote list filtered to that status. If nothing needs attention, the card says “No quotes need action”.
This month
Section titled “This month”The figures cover quotes created this month that are now Accepted or Invoiced. They move as quotes are decided. The win rate looks at decided quotes created in the last 90 days.
Your numbers, not the company’s
Section titled “Your numbers, not the company’s”If you are not an administrator, the dashboard always shows the quotes assigned to you. The Catalogue strip is the one exception, because it counts everything in the company. Administrators can switch between their own figures and the whole company, and also see a Recent activity feed.
Welcome card
Section titled “Welcome card”On a brand-new system with no quotes, clients, products or brands, a Welcome to your CRM card lists first steps, each with a Get Started button, and a Take an interactive tour link. Close it with the dismiss button. The dismissal is remembered in your browser only, so you may see the card again on another computer.
